Payment for Science Field Day participation for May 19th, 2018. This includes a free shirt for the participant. Most people will enter one shirt size and 1 participation fee. Occasionally there are siblings participating. In that case, you will enter a shirt size and order two. If they wear different sizes, then mark two different sizes.

For shirts, mark the closest size that you believe fits. Typically, the sizes are usually 6-8, 10-12, and 14-16. Sometimes there is a 16-18, but not typically. You can also adult sizes if they prefer.
